We require full payment upon receipt of your order. We will only process orders once cleared payment has been received. Please ensure all information on your order is correct, including all contact details for future communication should the need arise.
We ask that our customers carefully check the descriptions of our car mats to ensure the correct product for the intended vehicle. If customers are unsure of what to order then please confirm the exact model by contacting us and we will deal with the inquiry promptly, to give you peace of mind.
Following receipt of an order and payment, a confirmation email will be issued and orders are usually dispatched within 5-10 working days (this does not include Saturday and Sunday). Orders will be your responsibility from the time of delivery.
If you are not entirely satisfied with the product, have ordered incorrectly, or have changed your mind after manufacture and dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible.
All orders are custom made to the customers requirements and as such we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of 20% of the original order value. Please also note that we do not cover the cost of any return postage.
Upon receipt of your returned goods, we will issue the agreed refund to your account within 5 working days. Our full Returns and Refunds Policy can be found here.
Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via email as soon as possible to inform us. We will do everything we can to change or cancel your order, but we can only cancel an order if it has not yet been processed or manufacturing has not yet commenced.
If your order has already been manufactured, but not yet dispatched, then a reasonable restocking fee (up to 20% of the original order) may apply, to take in to account any costs incurred by us in manufacturing the product for you.
Products with Defects
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order if there is any fault. Please advise of your order number, the fault, and your registration number, and send – together with photographic evidence to show the defect, to firstname.lastname@example.org
We ask for these details in order to cross-reference and make any necessary adjustments in manufacturing or product design.
