Returns Policy

We would kindly ask our customers to notify us of any problems with an order as soon as possible so we can deal with it fast and efficiently. This will ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.

Our returns policy lasts for 14 days after receiving the order, after this time refunds are entirely at our discretion. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the same original packaging together with the original delivery note.

All orders are custom made to the customers requirements and as such we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of 20% of the original order value. Please also note that we do not cover the cost of any return postage unless we are at fault.

Upon receipt of your returned goods. We will issue the agreed refund to your account within 5 working days.

Unwanted Item/Change of mind

If you would like to cancel or change your order please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to change or cancel your order. We can only cancel an order if it has not yet been processed or manufacturing has not yet commenced.

If your order has already been manufactured, then a reasonable restocking fee may apply to take in to account any costs incurred in manufacturing the product for you.

If your order has already been dispatched and you wish to return it we will charge a re-stocking fee of 20% of the original order value. Please also note that we do not cover the cost of any return postage.

Purchases can be returned within 14 working days of delivery for a refund. Refunds are issued once the item has been received by us, checked and processed and the refund will be made within 5 working days

Wrong Mats Ordered/Customer Error

We ask that our customers carefully check the descriptions of our car mats to ensure the correct product for the intended vehicle. If customers are unsure of what to order then please confirm the exact model by contacting us and we will deal with the inquiry promptly, to give you peace of mind.

If you have ordered the incorrect mats or the mats don’t fit please advise of your order number and your registration number, and if you have them, please send pictures of any existings mats to sales@prestigecarmatcompany.co.uk

Faulty or Damaged Products

We will of course replace faulty or damaged products at our own expense, but we will require the customer to provide proof of the damage/fault before we initiate a replacement.

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order, advising of your order number, the fault, and your registration number, and send – together with photographic evidence to show the fault, to sales@prestigecarmatcompany.co.uk

We ask for these details in order to cross-reference and make any necessary adjustments in manufacturing or product design.

Wrong Item Sent

In the very unlikely event we have sent entirely the wrong order we will of course promptly arrange an exchange at our expense.
