We would kindly ask our customers to notify us of any problems with an order as soon as possible so we can deal with it fast and efficiently. This will ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
Our returns policy lasts for 14 days. After this we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the same original packaging.
Wrong Mats Ordered/Customer Error
We ask that our customers carefully check the descriptions of our car mats to ensure the correct product for the intended vehicle.
If customers are unsure of what to order then please confirm the exact model by contacting us and we will deal with the inquiry promptly to give you peace of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Products
We will of course replace faulty or damaged products at our own expense. We will require the customer to provide proof of the damage/fault such as a picture via email before we initiate a collection/exchange.
Wrong Item Sent
In the very unlikely event we have sent entirely the wrong car mats we will of course promptly arrange an exchange at our expense.
Unwanted Item/Change of mind
Purchases can be returned within 14 working days of delivery for a refund.
Any refunds are issued once the item has been received by us, checked and processed. We do not refund any associated postage costs for unwanted items.
